Brannan is an area directly south of downtown Flagstaff and adjacent to NAU.  Homes range from older, single level homes to townhomes and now, new condominiums.  The Brannan area is popular for student rentals because of its proximity to the University.  Residents have also completed beautiful remodels of vintage homes, creating a wonderful variety of old and new.
