The 161.22 net acre property is approximately 10 miles north of Williams in Red Lake, Coconino County, Arizona. Espee Road, a dedicated county road, is paved asphalt and generally the northern property boundary. It borders the higher-density Junipine Estates subdivision, which has one-acre-sized lots.
