South-West City Properties
This smaller neighborhood of larger homes with acreage ideal for equestrian activities is located just south of Interstate 40 between Woody Mountain Rd. and the University Highlands neighborhood. The only way in/out of Equestrian estates, however, is off of Woody Mountain Rd. which makes this neighborhood more private and quiet. Properties are adjacent to the forest and ideal for horseback riding.
LAKE MARY ROAD CORRIDOR
From Interstate 17 toward the southeast, Lake Mary Road is the main highway to upper and lower Lake Marys, Mormon Lake, Happy Jack, and ultimately Payson Arizona. The first few miles from I-17 are mixed with some commercial and higher density residential neighborhoods. Adjacent to hiking and biking trails and easy access from Interstate 17 via Lake Mary Rd or Pulliam Dr. exits, Ponderosa Trails also offers views of the San Francisco Peaks from many homesites.
Located just southwest of the Interstates 40 and 17 interchange amid a dense forest of Ponderosa Pines, the University Heights area is a collection of eclectic custom homes.
